If you want to feel like you are in Paris at Hotel Costes and drink champagne although you are in The Old Town in Stockholm, go to Le Rouge. I prefere to go to the restaurant bar at Brunnsgränd 2-4 because of the more calm athmosphere there.
If you like it to be crowdy, go to le bar Rouge at Österlånggatan 17.
