PO Choklad och Konditori









In my neighborhood a new fabulous chocolate and confectionery store called Per Olsson Choklad och Konditori recently opened. Per Olsson the owner is a former member of "The Swedish Culinary Team" and he also became "The Confectioner Of The Year" in 2003.
Per tells me about the idea to place the tables around the showcase of glass filled with pastries so that all the goodies are on the same level as your eyes. Good idea I think!
I really like the international feeling I get here, the taste of the beautiful pastries, the organic ambition and the fact that it's in my neighborhood. This is what I call "a perfect little place".
PO Choklad och Konditori also produces lovely bread, marmelade, bread and lemonade.

Opening time: Tuesday-friday: 07.30-18.00, Saturday: 09.00-16.00

I bought the apple and vanilla marmelade, the walnutbread and Pers favourite the chocolate and sea buckthorn pastry. All fantastic!
