Pont Nouveau opened in november 2008. Mattias Ljungberg confectioner, chef and owner of the bakery Tössebageriet and Pont Nouveau, is also a member of The Swedish Culinary Team. Last time he was a member 2004 TSCT he won OS-Gold. 2006 he became ”Årets kock” (Chef of the year). At PN he wanted to create a combination of patisserie, restaurant and modern food. Nighttime PN is transformed to a winebar as well.
I love their coconut macarons and the chocolatetruffle with liquorice toffee.
