Today was a big day. Three schools competed in making the best fiskpinne/fishdish at Operakällaren in Stockholm.
The winner Nygårdsskolan 5A created the dish "Västerbottenpinnar" (salmon, Västerbottencheese and cornflakes). One of the jurymembers Fredrik Eriksson from Långbro Värdshus sad that the dish felt "new" and delicious. The winners themselves sad that they made a dish from rawmaterial/products they all likes and that they tried chips/potato crisps first but cornflakes tasted better.
On the picture you could see Dogge Doggelito, Ami Hovstadius (Barnens egen matskola), Anna Lind Lewin (Barnens egen matskola), Frida Hvenmark (Barnens egen matskola), and the competitors Maja Lindh, Elin Berndtsson and Anna Källman.
See the recepies at the webpage Barnens matskola (unfortunately in swedish).
