Don't miss to read the Scandinavian chefs special at the gastronaout* Sébastien SCoffiers Blog. First out is Mathias Dahlgren and his new book "Det naturliga köket"/"The natural kitchen". Mathias is the only swedish chef with three Guide Michelin stars (if you count his both restaurants Matbaren and Matsalen, Grand Hôtel, Stockholm).

Sébastiens weblog is a goldmine if you're interested in chefs, their philosophy and best recipies.
