Finally someone tells about the sommeliers philosophy. To start with Sébastien Coffier interviewed Linda Violago (Trio Restaurant, Malmö) for his SCOFFIERSHOP LAB+MAGAZINE. "Blind Tasting With… is a new Serie of Q & A (a first of a kind) done solely with wine grower, sommeliers, oenologists or creators that work in the world of wine all over the world. The interviews will be realized and published in the guess original language in order not to distort or change the meaning of the content. In general, it will be done in English or in French.
