Finally someone tells about the sommeliers philosophy. To start with Sébastien Coffier interviewed Linda Violago (Trio Restaurant, Malmö) for his SCOFFIERSHOP LAB+MAGAZINE. The story really inspired me to think different recording food and beverages. I am looking forward to the next sommelier or wine producer in the serie...
"Blind Tasting With… is a new Serie of Q & A (a first of a kind) done solely with wine grower, sommeliers, oenologists or creators that work in the world of wine all over the world. The interviews will be realized and published in the guess original language in order not to distort or change the meaning of the content. In general, it will be done in English or in French. Please note that those interviews are works-in-progress and that I may occasionally add remarks or notes to update you on the guess’s discoveries."
